Production typically takes 2-5 business days, as each product is made to order.
Shipping times depend on your location:

  • UK & EU: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.


4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders over £130. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Since each product is custom-made, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, production may have already started, and changes are no longer possible.


6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons like "change of mind" unless there is a problem with the order.
